Semantic Minds is startup digital marketing agency in Lahore. We are looking for HR managers to help us in sourcing the best talent industry has to offer.We will expect you to be All-rounder HR manager from IT Industry and some of the tasks we would expect from you on daily basis are as following.
Job Responsibilities:
*Conducting recruitment interviews and providing inputs during hiring process
*Training new and existing resources.
*Suggesting training programmes for resources
*Handling settlement of the employees
*Managing Payrolls
*Negotiations with resources
*Conflict Management
*Writing HR policies, Documents and procedures
*Hiring and Development of Employees
*Firing of employees
*Lead the entire Hr function.
*Create HR policies
*source resumes and ensure compliance of recruitment procedures in organization
*Implement actions that enable pleasant, energetic and productive office environments
*Handle employees HR related issues
Compensation: 18-25K Depending On Experience and capability
Job Specification
Job Requirements:
* BSC/BA with expertise in HRM
* Atleast 1 year experience in HR department from IT industry.
