To assist Assistant Manager HR in hiring procedure and assessment methods e.g. designing job advertisements, developing competency criteria and effective selection process in coordination with different departments.
Posting of Job Advertisements on Recruitment Websites and Educational Institutions and maintain the most suitable pool.
Preliminary short listing of Applicants as per competency criteria and call the candidates for Interviews.
To carry out orientation of employees of junior and senior management staff.
To verify and keep record of employment of newly hired employee in management cadre from former employees.
To carry out all the correspondence related to employment (All types of letters & IOM’s.
To carry out Surveys and Research studies related to human resource management in the organization.
To maintain employee related record in ERP (SAP), HCM Module and to generate different reports for decision making purpose.
Any other job assigned by the Manager HR.
