Job Description
Recruitment, Selection & Orientation:-
- To assist Assistant Manager HR in hiring procedure and assessment methods e.g. designing job advertisements, developing competency criteria and effective selection process in coordination with different departments.
- Posting of Job Advertisements on Recruitment Websites and Educational Institutions and maintain the most suitable pool.
- Preliminary short listing of Applicants as per competency criteria and call the candidates for Interviews.
- To carry out orientation of employees of junior and senior management staff.
- To verify and keep record of employment of newly hired employee in management cadre from former employees.
HR Activities:-
- To carry out all the correspondence related to employment (All types of letters & IOMβs.
- To carry out Surveys and Research studies related to human resource management in the organization.
- To maintain employee related record in ERP (SAP), HCM Module and to generate different reports for decision making purpose.
- Any other job assigned by the Manager HR.
HR Policies and Procedures-
- To develop, improve and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
