Job Description

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains visitors register and Employees Meeting Register.
  • Responsible for daily vehicle logbook check and signed by admin Officer.
  • Responsible for maintaining Daily fuel record of all vehicles.
  • Preparation of contact list of official staff and all vendors, contractors and emergency numbers.
  • Responsible for issuing ID Cards and Official Sims to new employees.
  • Responsible for store inventory data update with coordination of store keeper for cross check.
  • Responsible for maintaining office cleanliness through building management division.
  • Responsible for all staff official and operational (attendance, uniform, cards, tie, tools) if any avoidance of rules by staff you are responsible to tell admin manager for penalty and if found supporting then you will b e penalized.
  • Arrange for purchase and distribution of stationary, printing materials etc.
  • Any other admin related job assigned by management and responsible for the timely submission of below mentioned reports.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
