- Responsible for seamless coordination, communication and control of all administrative support services at Multan Office by offering pro-active support to all functions and as per the guidelines.
- Implement all administrative policies of the Management and facilitate all day to day administrative activities such as security and safety, vehicles handling, office maintenance, regulatory requirements etc.
- Ensure good relations with all functional heads and other seniors for smooth operation of office administrative activities. Also maintain professional relationships with Government Departments like EOBI, Social Security, utilities, telecom companies, etc as per requirement of the organization.
