Job Description
- To plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
- To find out the reason and ensure that work is not repeated.
- To collaborate and meet with other managers.
- Liaison with the financial department
- Ensure that receiving and delivery schedules are followed accurately
- To ensure that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
- To attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training.
- Conduct performance reviews of employees.
