Job Description
The Sales Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase high end Luxury products. They will also call on leads from our existing customer base
Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products description and information in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase our high end luxury products
Educate customers on product offerings to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
Follows up with customer via telephone & following initial sales contact
Places a minimum of 100-150 outbound calls each day
Job Specification
3 Years or more experience of Telesales in a high volume fast paced environment
· Strong customer service and telesales skills.
· Familiar with English language and could speak fluently.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills·
Excellent Problem solving and decision making skills·
Superior closing skills.
