Job Description

1. Daily verify that all lines are working properly and telephone devices are functional
2. Answers and route all incoming calls to relevant departments
3. Listen to customer requests and also assists callers in identifying needs and then routing calls accordingly
4. Focus on attentive listening and problem solving
5. Provides information obtained from a variety of sources to field questions from caller regarding departments, phone numbers, operational hours, etc.
6. Updates and maintains personal copy of company telephone directory and other resources to ensure accurate dispensing of information.
7. Guide staff about routine questions regarding dialing and train where the particular staff need guidance about how to operate
8. Facilitate call making and prepare log of the same
9. Reports telephone/internet issues to IT department for immediate assistance
10. Provides training to new operators
11. Handle multiple callers
12. Arrange call back on the specified time if requested/promised
13. Maintain meetings logs as per the meeting room reservations
14. Highlight all issues related to calls to concerned officials to resolve the matter and facilitate customers to fullest
15. Arrange meetings of directors with managers and respective staff as requested
16. updating concerned employees and agents numbers with names
17. Resolve all customer queries by contacting relevant departments
18. Keep looking forward to enhance knowledge base by working on communication skills and language accents
19. Act as a custodian of all mobile numbers and relevant data in possession
20. Observe busy lines, and ensure relevant person before transferring any call
21. Keep records of calls placed and received
22. Get feedback of customers as and when required
23. Set up conference calls in different locations and time zones
24. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specification

Excellent Spoken English language Skills
Able to understand different accents of English Language
Polite and soft spoken
UK Call Center Experience
Foreign Experience will be preferred
