1. Preparing the feasibility of projects keeping in mind the objectives of projects.
2. Defining the core idea and scope of work keeping in consideration the budget constraint.
3. Suggesting different cost efficient alternatives in design system.
4. Preparing the detailed project plan with its timely tracking and controlling mechanism.
5. To prepare engineering estimate and verify bill of quantities wherever required.
6. Timely co-ordination with different stakeholders of the projects for its smooth implementation.
7. Inspection of construction activities on site before and after its implementation for desired quality.
8. To implement the safety measures during construction as per applicable in company / city.
9. To visit the construction site and make / send report on timely basis.
10. The candidate must have working knowledge of CAD / CAM, Material testing & inspection, Instrument measuring, Die & Mould making, Casting & Forging, Project Management.
