1. Development of Welding Jigs, Machining Jig, Inspection fixtures, Die casting moulds and other Toolings in conformance with company standards.
2. Co-ordinate and provide design & manufacturing guidance to vendors for development of Welding Jigs, Machining Jigs and Inspection fixtures.
3. To update all drawings as necessary in the course of the projects.
4. Arrange quotations, prepare approvals and submit project schedule to Sectional Head / Departmental Head.
5. Prepare and finalize complete process flow of parts for in-house manufacturing.
6. Co-ordinate with concerned shops to resolve technical queries and clarification of on-going projects.
7. Risk assessment and safety measures before every project execution.
8. The candidate must have working knowledge of CAD / CAM, Material testing & inspection, Instrument measuring, Die & Mould making, Casting & Forging, Project Management.
