• Achievement of Project Sales Target (Individual Performance).
• Meet with corporate clients for new orders and projects.
• Prepare all tender related documents.
• Send complete information of booked orders to design department.
• Make all initial and final documents of projects and maintain the client file.
• Visit Architects.
• Coordinate design, site and accounts departments.
• Follow up of short, late and wrong deliveries and convince the client accordingly.
• Coordinate with factory warehouse and site department for delivery of goods and for installations.
• Follow the payments, receivables.

• Must posses excellent written & verbal communication
• Must have good command on MS excel & word
• Must have good knowledge of tax Callahan & tender working
• Must have prior experience of sales/marketing/business development.
