Expert Web Designer

Wali Systems Inc. is a US based software development firm. We urgently need an expert graphics designer for our Lahore office. We are looking for a smart, intelligent graphics designer who is up to date with latest designing tools and skills.

Applicant should have a portfolio that he/she can share with us at the time of the interview. We are NOT looking for an ordinary designer, we are looking for a rockstar who can design modern professional web designs and user interfaces. Experience with mobile designs and artefacts for mobile apps will be a big plus.

1. Photoshop, ImageReady expert
2. Some basic programming skills to work on website building like slicing PSDs and converting into professional HTML and CSS.
3. Experience of working with latest Javascript libraries for example JQuery
4. DIV based designs and CSS 3.0
5. Web 2.0 Designs
6. Vector Graphics (Adobe Illustrator)
7. Sketching and converting sketches to web formats
8. Excellent user interface design skills (understanding of 508 compliance)
9. Experience using tools (for example google page insight) to check designs for quality and performance
10. Knowledge of SEO to use effective tags in HTML
