• Responsible for hands on interaction within social media presences (Facebook, twitter etc).
• Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc.
• Conduct research and analysis of new social media trends, sites, tools, and news; reporting to the rest of the team on significant industry developments and making recommendations for how best to support our clients.
• Respond and react to changes within social networks functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
• Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc
• Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate etc ‘Think on your feet’ real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc.

• Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Business or Public Relations
• Proven working experience in social media or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a crucial part of the success of this position, specifically the ability to present ideas and information clearly and engage with other social networking users in a personal and meaningful way.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytic tools knowledge.
• A passing knowledge of simple HTML, image processing and editing software (Photoshop), and video processing/editing software will be preferred.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Fluency in English
