Job Description

The Business Analyst shall work as a liaison between the domain experts and Development Team; elicit and document requirements; drive delivery of solutions to meet the company’s business goals and objectives.

· Interacting with the business team / stakeholders to understand business needs
· Documenting business requirements and developing process flows through means such as functional requirements specifications, use cases, and user interface mockups
· Developing requirements specifications that are comprehensive in coverage and understandable by both business and technical audiences · Developing software requirements specifications on the basis of business requirement documents for developers · Working directly with the developers to turn the business requirements into technical requirements
· Managing multiple projects and project plans simultaneously
· Testing and verification of the implemented requirements, either directly or working with the QA team
· Train system users on new functionalities. Perform user Acceptance testing
· Issue tracking and oversight to resolution Driving projects from initial concept through system acceptance and post implementation support

Job Specification

· Must have secured at least 65% marks in 4 years Bachelors in Computer Science/ IT preferably in B.A. related major, from reputed foreign or HEC-recognized institution
· 3 years of experience as a business analyst
· Information Technology technical experience to work cohesively with the developers
· Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
· Ability to understand the business from operational, financial, and technical viewpoints
· Microsoft Project/Visio skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal
