• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide basic support via live chat (instant message)
• Guide customers about proper IV Treatment as appropriate.
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
• Brainstorm with the team to come up with ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.

• Basic knowledge of Intravenous (IV) treatment
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having medical background will be a plus
• Can work from home on US timings
