Job Description

Technology minds is seeking result-oriented candidate, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Business Development Executive.Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytic skills and have experience to work on platform like people per hour , Upwork, Freelance.

Job Specification

  • Search for projects online in internet market places like upwork, freelancer , Guru.
  • Understanding the job requirement and applying to the relevant projects
  • Generate sales leads and arranging sales meetings
  • Write proposals and quotes by coordinating with technical team
  • Maintaining strong follow up on all the bids
  • Negotiate well, tendency and experience of winning
  • Creating requirements, Functional Specs,Communicating with clients,breaking projects into tasks and assigning tasks to the team members,providing timely feedback to the clients
  • Day to day communication & follow up with clients from start to the end of project
  • Maintaining long term relations with clients on permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients
  • We expect the candidate to work independently and generate projects
  • The candidate should be able to meet given target on monthly basis
