Achieving the assigned new budget for Country & contribute to the achievement of developed (cross selling) budget.
Attending country monthly sales meetings and follow up regularly with colleagues on sales opportunities
Implementation of all best practice of sales & marketing procedures as directed by the Country Sales Leader
Identifying market trends and propose new products/markets
Job Specification
Relevant experience of Insurance Industry of about 3-4 years
MBA Qualified (Preferably)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
