Main Responsibilities
Work with internal and external customers and information technology administrators to resolve technical problems for LAN/WAN services
Handle the LENEL surveillance system (Software/Hardware)
Troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to Internet applications.
Configure and troubleshoot access control readers, controllers and software
Installation of surveillance software on client machines
