Accounts Executive For Sheikhupura Plant (ACCA Qualified)

• Perform general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, month-end close work, provisions and adjustments.
• Accounts Payable Processes & Management, Invoices/Expense Reports/Payment Transactions. Withholding Tax Deduction & deposit.
• Responsible for Inventory Reconciliation, physical audit of inventory at month end for proper allocation of raw material consumption, issuance.
• Responsible for account reconciliations that include inter-company as well as bank accounts.
• Responsible for Vendors reconciliation.
• Full correspondence with banks, vouching of bank transactions.
• Handling of daily petty cash expenses and allocation to proper accounting heads. Preparing
• Revenue reconciliation
• Invoice working
• Reconciliation of bills from vendors
• Reconciliation of bills from vendors, banks

• Masters or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (B.Com/ BBA/ BS Accounting & Finance)
• Preference will be given to Professional Qualification in Accounting ( ACCA or equivalent)
• 1 Year experience of working in Accounting Functions of a large organization
