Responsibilities:
Responsibilities includes assisting tour manager in his performance of following duties
- Primary responsibility includes answering inbound phone calls regarding domestic travel & guide travelers with pertinent & useful Travel / Holiday information over phone.
- Diagnose the clients’ specifications, wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services ·
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking accommodations & securing rental transportation etc. ·
- Research various domestic destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. ·
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages ·
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns ·
- Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends ·
- Create and update electronic records of clients using Google Doc·
- Maintain relationships with key persons ·
- Reach the revenue and profit targets.
