Accounts Officer
FABCON Design & Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan

a. Will prepare and post the bank payment voucher and daily bank position
b. Will verify the Salaries, disburse the same and deduction advance thereon with the coordination of Accounts Manager
c. Will insure the NTN/CNIC/FTN and sales tax registration no if required.
d. Will make the summary of all type advances, like Suppliers, Subcontractors, Employees and others.
e. Will make the Payable summary with all respects, including Suppliers, Subcontractors, Service providers, Loans, Financing, L/C Payments & Salaries etc.
f. Will make the summary of receivables with the coordination of Manager Accounts, Q/S and manager Finance.
g. Will post the bank receipts vouchers and pursue for the invoices, RAR's and running bills.
h. Also has the other major responsibility to produce the reports like summary of total receipts from clients, summary of sales, overhead sheets by amount and costing of same by weight, etc. as required by the management on fortnightly and monthly basis.
i. Will make the sheet of pending advance tax deduction challans from our clients.
j. Will check and prepare list of all type of GRN's which are prepared and not received in accounts department.
k.Will make the summary of income tax deduction of parties and employees on monthly biases.
l. Will post the input sales tax invoices.
m. Will be maintaining the file of L/C, Leasing of vehicles and advance payment to international clients with the help of Manager Accounts.
n. Also maintains the record of all running LCs.
o. Will insure the timely payment of all installments.
p. Will maintain & update the files of all client, creditors, subcontractors and others service providers.
q. Will be help out Manage account for reconciliation of Income Tax and Sales Tax.
r. Will maintain the Cheque books register of all bank accounts
