• Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Maintaining iMac/desktop systems software (windows/Mac OS) and their hardware problems.
• Complete maintenance of existing servers and its configuration.
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Software installation on servers and user end systems.
• Monitoring the user end systems for any leak or data theft of data and credentials.
• Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources and backup of severs both local and live.
• Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
• Configuration of routing and switching equipment.
• Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
• Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices.
• Amazon web services console configuration.
