Job Description
Our Firm is hiring 1st/2nd line engineers to provide support services to Microsoft customers.
1st line engineers will be working in-house and they'll also provide support on phone calls while the 2nd line engineers will work remotely from their homes and respond to the tickets using our support desk.

Good English(Speaking and writing), Windows Server 2008+, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange server 2010+, Windows 7+, MS Office 2010+, Network skills(up to CCNA) Vmware Vsphere administration
