Managing good customer relations
• Develop strategies and campaigns to drive traffic to company’s website and social media
• Improve website’s content, propose ideas for increasing website sales, increase organic traffic to website
• Develop and implement general online marketing strategies for the products
• Selling a minimum number of products, or bringing in conversions as per the targets set by the management.
• Managing and improving the overall customer relations and delivering reliable administrative support services.
Job Specification
• At least 2 years of experience working with the e-commerce sales industry.
• Preferably a business graduate.
• Knowledge of search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as project and time management skills.
• Experience managing and affiliate program, email marketing, sms marketing will be a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Adwords, Webmaster, Hootsuite and MailChimp will be a plus.
• Creative thinker and highly motivated to achieve results when targets are set.
