This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business and marketing team, reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager you will be responsible for implementing the SEO strategy across multiple websites including industry partners, and affiliate sites. The ideal candidate needs to be well organised and hardworking with a proactive attitude to work.
This is a fast paced role and team environment so you must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time, prioritize your workload and meet required deadlines.
Your Profile: - In depth knowledge of SEO especially from a technical perspective: Performing regular site crawls to understand site structure and highlight technical issues currently holding back performance. - Proven SEO experience within content writing, keyword research etc. - Regular on page audits and analyse to help optimise on site content to maximize SEO benefit and to perform full keyword analysis to help identify target areas to help grow the business. - Link Building & Outreach to work with the content team to find link opportunities and build relations with bloggers. - Experience using SEO tools and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, AT Internet, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, Webmaster Tools etc.
Ideally you have worked in media, travel or e-commerce industries.
We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience;
- You must possess at least 2 years recent relevant experience within an SEO based role, as you need to have up to date knowledge of industry trends and algorithmic changes - Advanced experience in Google Analytics and proficient in Majestic, Moz or similar tools - Be able to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports to show performance and actionable insights - A high level of written English skills to create relevant and engaging content for use both on site and off site - Be able to manage link profiles, build links and report on activity as well as contributing to A/B testing
