Research US Federal and state regulations and assess their application/relevance to MTBC’s operations/processes
Draft basic documents such as agreements, policies and research memoranda
Liaise with external counsel for efficient and effective conduct of litigation matters in local courts
Prepare and review compliance documentation and identify compliance issues that need to be addressed/resolved
Assist senior members/management in the review/audit of policies and procedures for different departments
Should have demonstrable ability to liaise with various teams/departments, including IT team, for designing and implementing automated solutions for various legal processes
Should be a self-starter and effective team member
Job Specification
LL.B from a university recognized by HEC
Sound interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command over written and spoken English
Proven research and analytical skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fully computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.
