Leading team of Sales, Services, Warehouse, Accounts Staff in Punjab, and KPK Monitoring & Evaluation of sales & promotion targets and team activities.
Annual planning of Sales Targets.
Distribution of sales targets among his team.
Monitoring & ensuring achievements of sales target by team. Extensive travelling throughout Punjab and KPK to meet dealers and oversee staff workings. Monitoring of Competitor activities and analyzing. Recommendations to senior management for improvements. Knowledge and experience of Gas and Home appliances is a plus point.
Job Specification
The ideal candidate should posses a Masters degree.
Should have at least 10 years experience in management of a team.
Working and managing independently of regional office, Covering Punjab and KPK.
Have good knowledge of markets of Punjab and KPK.
Should have strong communication, presentation training skills and should have Knowledge on Distribution business.
Knowledge and experience of Gas and Home appliances is a plus point.
