Manager Operations - Car Workshop

• Manage nation wide teams through local managers and deliver on CarSure (Car Certification) targets
• Ensure all issues/concerns/questions from teams across Pakistan and other stakeholders like buyers, dealers are addressed in a timely fashion.
• Timely reporting of all items to head of classifieds business as per designated frequency

• Come up with ways to increase revenues from CarSure program by opening it up for all industry stakeholders.
• Work with marketing & product team to ensure that the monetization aspect of this program is properly highlighted and build smooth operations to handle all incoming requests.

• Continuously improve CarSure program by adding/modifying testing items based on market feedback and research
• Look for additional tools and technologies to make our program more robust and reliable
• Work with product & engineering team to make sure all enhancements are implemented technically and rolled out in a timely fashion

• Continuously train resources so that there is standardized testing system across Pakistan, every resource in our team should grade the car in the same way. This means all new changes are rolled after pre-training and general trainings are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure resources perform standardized testing.
• Monitor & audit team performances nationwide and use them to further develop trainings and changes to the program.

• Must have MBA or Bachelors degree from top tier university.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in managing a large direct sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team
• Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
• Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
