Job Description

Primary Responsibilities ·

Assist in planning and strategist for program goals for day-to-day, short term and long-term periods.
Coordinate with the services department, management, relevant organizations and donors to ensure completion of organizational objectives. · Contact and Follow up with interested stakeholders in the field of education and psychology to enhance KT network.
Conduct regular (monthly, quarterly and semester and annual) reviews of performance to improve processes, staff training and team dynamics. Trigger and collaborate on a monthly newsletter from KT.
Assist in compilation of regular reviews and share with Trustees.
Enable and initiate advocacy and awareness campaigns at the trust through workshops, seminars and training programs for parents, teachers and related professionals.
Assist in development of sound measures for impact and quality evaluation of KT services.
Assist in development of indigenous screening and assessment tools at KT.
Assist in editing of all reports, brochures, and publicity content coming out of the Trust.
Maintain a systematic database for the Trust services.
Initiate, conduct and oversee various awareness and advocacy sessions at KT. Explore new techniques to improve their content and impact.

Resource mobilization·
Identify opportunities for training and development needs of the service / managerial staff.
Develop a strong publicity strategy to increase KT’s visibility on various forums.

Operations: ·
Initiate steps for growth and development of the trust.
Initiate and encourage service staff in planning of awareness events such as conferences, workshops, internship programs, children camps and
seminars.

Job Specification

· Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Strong command over English
· Leadership and ability to work autonomously
· Strong delegation and organizing skills
· Timely execution and follow through

· Time management Background and experience with learning difficulties or psychology
