Matrix Intech Solution is looking for Human Resource Internee. A successful candidate can be a fresh person with good HR knowledge or a person with some certification in HR or Training.
Major Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Intern will:
- Assist the HR team in recruitment. This includes posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interview, checking references, documentation and arrange orientations;
- Personnel file management. Ensure all employees have personnel files and the documentation is complete as per the checklist.
- Update and maintain the Human Resource Information System.
- Maintain and update the personnel file tracker.
- Assist with entering information of staff and their dependents in the health & Life insurance tracker.
- Follow up with staff on documentations etc.
- Assist Supply Chain with filing, tagging. Perform other duties, as and when requested.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduation in Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
- Work Experience Interest in human resource is preferred,Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:Proven ability to organize priorities and work under administrative and programmatic pressures with detail orientation and professional grace.
- Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity
- Proven sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to manage situations diplomatically and to effective resolution.
- Written and spoken fluency in Urdu & English requiredVery strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
