We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing/Sales Manager to look after the sales and marketing/e-commerce store for a European brand. The job is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
The candidate must have a degree (web design, CS, IT, marketing or similar) from a good university, good command over English with at least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing channels. We will pay competitive salary along with company benefits.
You will be responsible for building and executing a multi-channel B2C marketing and communications strategy, with a focus on digital scale-up.
You will need to be both strategic and tactical, with the skill to move seamlessly from high-level vision and clarity of thought, to detail-oriented execution and delivery.

Job Specification
Key Duties- Designing and then executing digital marketing strategy.
- Develop digital marketing plan.
- Develop and report.
- Read data and drive actionable intelligence from it.
- Manage online budget.
- Execute A/B and MVT testing.
- Provide timely report to senior management on sales, revenue and key trends.
- Manage customer journey from start point to Thank you pages.
- Conversion management.
- Work alongside customer service and fulfillment department including returns.
Key Requirements
- Become engrossed in the our clients brand understand its brand values and project relevant communications.
- Full grasp of latest digital marketing trends.
- Proven experience with brands.
- Proven experience of handling ROI and conversion management.
- Have experience of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Web Master tools, Paid social, mobile and affiliates management.
- Able to work with wide range of teams including design, development and social media teams.
- Have experience of using email marketing.
- Have experience of using google analytics.
- Have experience of using CMS and preferably Magento.
- Good grasp of concepts and practical experience of providing excellent customer experience online and creating usable online journeys.
