We are looking for HR & Recruitment intern to join our team in Lahore Office. Ideal candidate will be a graduate from reputed university with excellent grades and has solid understanding related to HR processes. This internship intends to be of 3 months with pay and if we get required results then this internship will be converted into permanent position (equal opportunity for both gender's ) .
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in performing all HR functions including recruitment and selection, performance management and other HR areas.
Responsible in creating and modifying all HR concerned policies, procedures, letters, forms and responses containing routine inquiries related to
Responsible for monthly attendance and leave record of the employees.
Responsible in arranging and conducting interviews.
Qualification and Skills Requirements
Must have good academic understanding of Human Resource functions, concepts and theories
Must be Business Graduate in HR or related fields from an accredited university
Analytical and organization skills
Ability to work on assigned projects and tasks
Ability to work in a team environment with other teams
Verbal and communication skills
Self-learner and self-starter
Utilize time effectively and efficiently
Fluent in English
