Job Description
- Maintenance and Installation Winodws ans application softwares on PCs, Laptops and mobile devices.
- Monitoring WAN and LAN Networks to ensure smooth connectivity 24x7
- Handling network securities and user restrictions using firewall
- Managing remote troubleshooting of PC/LAN/WAN
- Identification, Troubleshooting and Rectification of of IT related Issues
- Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specification information
- Administrator and maintain end users accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
- Coordination with Internal and External Technical Team members for resolution of issues
- Must have knowledge of VoIP networks, applications and troubleshooting.
- Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, and UPS
Job Specification
Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft platform.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive equipment support experience with PC’s.
Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Personal Attributes Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Self-motivated and directed.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
