We are looking for accounts and administration executive for our company
Main responsibilities will be
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner at all times and forwarding them to relevant persons.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Maintenance of files and records.
- Draft official emails and Letters
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Manage and assemble details of the purchase item and orders.
- Record the invoices including number, supplier, quantity, price etc.
- Providing documentation and secretarial support
