The Web Designer/Developer reports to the Creative Head and is responsible for the following: - Designing and implementing changes to the Corporate website and Intranet. - Confident In Both Vector and Raster Designing. - Designing landing pages for new marketing/SEO strategies. - Designing Printing Stuff for diffrent marketing compaigns, stationaries etc. - Working with Marketing to make/implement changes to the website based on marketing initiatives. - Optimizing UI and Navigation for corporate sites. - Supporting the development team with UI design and implementation. Requirements: Demonstrated experience with the following technologies required: - Adobe Design and Development products (Photoshop, Illustrator/CorelDraw/Freehand, Flash, Dreamweaver, Imageready) - Other Design and Development products which can enhance the performance and Time. - HTML, DHTML, CSS, UI Design

Demonstrated experience with the following preferred: - Good personality! - Takes ownership of responsibility - Self starter - Good understanding of business and how web impacts business - Team oriented - Must successfully manage multiple projects and project deliverables at one time - Diplomatically resolve disputes between teams - Able to communicate well with different levels of the organization - Must have a customer oriented can-do attitude - High attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
