Job Description
- Responsible for executing and managing company projects that includes carrying all types of designing, construction, renovations, refurbishment and maintenance work in branch offices of North Region, within quality standards and timelines as per guidelines.
- To oversee and coordinate the staff who maintains and repairs electrical, plumbing, ventilation/HVAC and other systems for an uninterrupted supply of such services.
- To inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness making sure the work area is in the best of hygienic conditions all the time.
- Responsible for branches’ security arrangements and other related matters.
- To look after other administrative affairs as and when required.
- To keep cordial relations with Branch Heads/Branch Officers and other stakeholders.
