Job Description

· Create organizational structure & proper department hierarchies
· Create job descriptions of existing employees
· Find the current gaps in our employee skillset / jobs as per best practices and suggest how many people we need to implement our business plan
· Create processes for all departments how do they function and what resources and methodology they must follow
· Create & deploy employee benefit scheme & payroll under new ERP
· Create, deploy & measure employee Key Performance Indicators / targets/ efficiencies and provide benefits accordingly & design a publicly open scoring system in each department and give them targets
· Create a employee training & succession plan (next in line)
· Figure out employee engagement level & suggest improvements in current employee engagement level
· Find new employees on a continuous basis and set up interviews
· Create & maintain employees files and employee contracts / employee initiation forms and startup packets
· Design a management trainee & internship program in new departments
· Regularly find, interview and hire better people (keep topgrading the company)
· Get trained in and implement TopGrading hiring system
· Be the HR champion for new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
· Achieve closure of policies and procedures for Karachi office by December
· Build & hire IT technical infrastructure team, power solutions technical team, Brother dealer sales team, marketing team, retail team, people for new initiatives undertaken by the company (electronic & otherwise)
· Coach managers of departments in interviewing and making a second in command
· Help in creating department morning huddle and in deploying quarterly priorities of the company
· Monitor for any unhappiness / threats brewing from the staff and inform the management and neutralize in advance
· Install & deploy a security system & biometric attendance system
· Get proper service staff and make KPI’s ·
