Candidate will be required to:
Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & facebook and provide relevant information.
Convert inquiries into sales.
Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities.
Assistant with admission and visa application.
Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E.mail, online queries, Whatsup visitors.
Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care.
Respond to all queries raised by client / department during the case processing and give followup where necessary.

Education (Masters preferred)
Target oriented, with excellent service oriented attitude.
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, Excel, Internet (Social Media) etc.
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pleasant and well groomed personality.
1-3 years job experience preferred in the same industry.
