Job Description
- Support Team Lead, Managing Support Department, Customer Support
- Managing IT Infrastructure (Unix, Windows, VPS, Dedicated Servers)
- Providing technical support for Level I issues via helpdesk tickets and providing support and trainings for support team.
- Managing Windows Unix servers and services (Apache/IIS), cPanel, Parallel Plesk, MS SQL, MySQL, Mail Servers, DNS, SolusVM, Xen, OpenVZ, KVM.
- Data center management, hardware purchase, hardware troubleshot, etc.
- Monitor all Windows/Linux servers for performance issues and stability concerns.
- Regular application installations, configurations, troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting, VPS, Dedicated server, IT solutions.
- DNS cluster management/administration.
- Working with and troubleshooting all of the following, including, but not limited to: SMTP, POP, FTP, SSL, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, Telnet, DNS, RDP.
- Management of Backups, NAS drives
- VOIP PBX setup and administration (Askozia), IVR, Call Flow
- Document issues and associated resolutions to problems.
- Dedicated, VPS servers administration
- Managing SolusVM whole cluster
- Managing Data center team for troubleshooting hardware, power, and bandwidth issues.
- Support team management

- SoulusVM Xen based Windows VPS setup

Job Specification
- Windows 2008/2012 Server
- Mail Servers and clients.
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Good understanding of internet protocols under Unix platform including IMAP, POP3, SMTP,
- HTTP, DNS, FTP, POP, IMAP
- IIS, Apache, MySQL, MS SQL
- Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows Servers
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Good documentation skills
- Ability to work in alternate day/night shifts.
