1 to 3 year of experience in technical recruitment in IT industry with proven track record of relevant experience.
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and hiring for IT staffing (developers, graphic designers, managers and QA), and creative services positions.
- Facilitated and conduct Behavioral Based Interviewing.
- Managed vendor contracts and relationships relating to recruitment process.
- Developed and maintain recruiting networks and relationships with various colleges, career centers and talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement employee handbook policies
- General resource management e.g. punctuality, attendance, leave policy, facilities management etc.
- Employee evaluations and appraisals
- Assisting management in various employee related activities like salaries, trips, recursion activities etc.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Established network of contacts in IT sector
- Thorough understanding of Linked In and its hiring mechanism
