• Practical experience of Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Practical experience of Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Practical experience of troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Knowledge of Windows, XP,7,10 and general desktop support issues.
