Develop Annual Operating Plan, ensure competitive Intelligence through market visits, devise New Product Development, carry out Demand Supply Analysis, Pricing Strategy through PVL, responsible to gather consumer insights through monthly interactions with consumers to identify needs and generate ideas for new product/ features selection, develop advertising and promotion strategies with communication team including Advertising, Brand Activation, Digital & PR plans for existing & new product, track monthly sales performance and recommending push and pull strategies, lead consumer and brand learning plan development.
