Job Description
- Assisting HR Manager in performing all HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, grievance settlement, performance management and other HR areas
- Assisting HR Manager in creating and modifying all HR concerned policies, procedures, letters, forms and responses containing routine inquiries related to HR
- Assisting in monthly attendance and leave record of the employees for payroll
- Assisting in arranging and conducting interviews
- Assisting HR Manager in the development of modules in organization's HRIS
- Assisting HR Manager in preparing trainings and orientation plan for new employees
- Assisting in correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all HR/Admin issues are dealt efficiently
- Assisting HR Manager in designing compensation and benefit system
