Require to write Technical Documents

Analyze business requirements of products to determine types of support material needed and ensure accuracy & completeness of documentation

Create instruction manuals and quick start guides for new and existing products

Collaborate with members of the Marketing Team, Member Services Team, and Product Development Team

Must be IT graduate with a good command over the English language.
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging and gather technical details
Ability to juggle multiple projects and proactively prioritize
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
