Project Associate / Field Engineer 6

· Participate to conduct the baseline & End line surveys or other required surveys.
· Formation or Reformation the WASH Committees, in targeted area
· Train local community and WASH Committees on urban WASH interventions and smoothly implementation of activities.
· Initiate BCC and social mobilization activities in urban targeted areas.
· To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led interventions.

· Sensitization of community group on ownership of WASH infrastructure and ensure to attend Operation and maintenance trainings.
· Collect data from Community and prepare regular reports on activities and WASH conditions for monitoring.
· Develop trust, tolerance and cooperation among the community members through mobilizations process.
· Establish good working relationship with the staff and other departments.
· Other duties as per assigned for the best concerned of the organization.
· Basic report writing, Expertise in BOQs and Drawings.
