Job Description

  • Lead the team of Customer support
  • Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
  • Scheduling routing as per clients’ requirements/Complains on daily bases
  • Coordinating and properly answer clients on e-mail regarding complains
  • Responsible to maintain Daily Report of Sales and Performance
  • Executing customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
  • Answering clients’ inquiries
  • Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals
  • Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Using knowledge base / training material to resolve Customers concerns
  • Cold Calling to Corporate Clients
  • Follow up the leads
  • Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
  • Must Be committed to the work
  • Must have quality to gain the work load
