Job Description
- Lead the team of Customer support
- Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
- Scheduling routing as per clients’ requirements/Complains on daily bases
- Coordinating and properly answer clients on e-mail regarding complains
- Responsible to maintain Daily Report of Sales and Performance
- Executing customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
- Answering clients’ inquiries
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
- Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
- Using knowledge base / training material to resolve Customers concerns
- Cold Calling to Corporate Clients
- Follow up the leads
- Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
