It’s a career oriented job and incumbent would be responsible for:
Sales (SLA, Renewals, PABX)
Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals
Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers’ concerns
Follow up the leads
Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
Must be Committed regarding the work
Must have quality to gain the work load ·
Must be willing to go outside to conduct meeting with clients
