Job Description
1. Review and manage all the test scenarios and test cases
2. Execute complete testing cycle on all received patches/upgrades
3. Prepare QA Documentation
4. Coordinating with concerned development team for the purpose of requirement understanding or resolution of bugs
5. Discuss, assign and distribute documents for review to the team members for the purpose of understanding the scope of effort and obtaining the domain understanding of the project
6. Actively participate and conduct meetings with the team members to review the progress of the project
7. Design a test plan which entails a complete understating of the project and all artifacts of it
8. Assign work / documents to the team members and discuss the individual test plans with each of the QA team members comprising their estimation of efforts
9. Discuss strategies for all aspects of testing with Project Manager / Team Lead so that QA Team will be able to leverage other resources while creating the test plans
Job Specification
Good experience of Black box Testing, Grey Box, Stress, Performance and Security testing,Strong Understanding of SDLC and QA life cycle,Strong Analytical Skills,Experience of Financial Applications,Good experience in Databases,Automation Experience would be a plus.Should poses good Leadership skills
