I need a part time (freelance) excellent WordPress designer and developer. Who has great design skills along with WordPress theme and plugins development skills as well. This can be a long term part time (freelance) relationship as I have many applications to work on.

The candidate should be able to design graphics, mock ups, PSDs, convert those assets to a stunning website/theme, WordPress theme design and development, and WordPress Plugin design and development.

Basically, it's all about WordPress from start to end. The candidate need to deliver end to end solution using WordPress. Candidate can work from home or anywhere, the payments can be monthly or project basis. The payment amount will depend upon experience and expertise. Having a portfolio or some stunning themes, plugins, website, and web applications based on WordPress is a must.
