Job Description:
Great written and verbal communication in English is mandatory s you will be working with overseas clients. Do not apply is you are not able to communicate well in English. Only candidates who can carry out interviews in English and communicate with co-workers only in English will be considered.
KMNR is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant. The successful candidate will provide local & remote administrative support to human resources to support the efficient operation of the local & overseas client's HR department. Candidates will be team players who are highly motivated with good communication skills.
The candidate would work under the direct supervision of the overseas client's Director of Human Resources.
Job Specification
Qualifications :
- Experience in HR administration;
- Strong competency in Windows technology including Microsoft Office (word and excel);
- Strong organization skills, verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work;
- Proven ability to handle confidential information;Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding and orientation for new hires through pre-hire communication, managing start dates and the collection of new hire documents.
- Provide administrative support relating to the annual performance management process including maintain and updating internal database, preparation of forms, coordinating meeting process and distribution and collection of forms and any necessary follow up.
- Maintain various filing systems including electronic files and data tracking sheets in the areas of recruitment, health and safety, policy compliance and legal compliance.
- Responsibilities include data entry, tracking, recording, follow up and electronic filing of documentation.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of various employee programs including employee recognition programs and learning and development programs.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned including providing administrative support with HR projects.
