• Conducting audit of head office and regions’ function
• Weekly reporting to Advisor Internal Audit
• Liaising with outsourced auditors and reviewing summaries for audit committee and work of subordinates
• Meetings & discussions with different departments and regions regarding audit recommendations and implementation.
• Supporting advisor internal audit and audit committee in negotiations with outsourced auditors.
• Forwarding and approve bills of outsourced auditors for payments
• Overseeing budget for internal audit department
• Championing best practice in governance, objectively assessing the adequacy of governance systems and management of existing risks.
• Promoting the highest standards of ethics and standards across the organization based on the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence and confidentiality.
• Providing leadership to the department staff and Supervising and managing their performance and development in line with the organization’s goals, objectives, policies and regulations.

• Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of Law and government, Economics & Accounting
• Strong command over English
• Should have strong judgment and Decision Making
